True Buddhism refers to the Theravada Buddhism, the pure teachings made by the Buddha over 2556 years ago (counting back from 2013), which are not fixed, adjusted, or amended for any reasons by anyone.

There are more than 3 branches of Buddhism but the pure, original or true teachings of the Buddha are retained in Theravada Buddhism.
