Excel Checker is an Excel add-on that can find every occurrence of cells containing Data Validation or Conditional formatting and list them out on a separate sheet.
Excel has a spell checker. If you go into the Tools menu there is a Spellchecker option there. You also can just press the F7 key to start it.
It is just the spelling checker. It has no special name in Excel.
