Abstract art can be viewed to represent values like order, purity, simplicity, and spirituality, and is frequently thought to have a moral dimension. It is also used to describe artwork that employs forms devoid of any connection to an external visual reality, such as geometric shapes or gestural marks. Although some practitioners of this "pure" abstraction prefer names like concrete art or non-objective art, in actuality the term "abstract" is used universally and the difference between the two is not always clear.

Over the course of history, different movements have been affected by the broad and diverse aesthetic style known as abstract art. Painting, sculpture, Photography, design, or any other creative form that does not accurately or objectively depict visual reality falls within the definition of abstract art. Figurative art and anything else that clearly defines a subject or object are in direct opposition to abstraction. Wassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian, Mark Rothko, Helen Frankenthaler, and Zao Wou-Ki are among the artists recognised for developing novel abstract techniques or utilising abstraction in innovative ways over the past century.

Ofcourse abstract art makes sense. You need a deep imagination skill to understand this piece of art. Their is a message in every abstract art.
