All the planets in our solar system have an axis of rotation roughly perpendicular to the plane of their orbit (including Venus, which spins the opposite direction to that of its orbit). By contrast, Uranus is unique in that it rotates on its side, the axis almost parallel to the orbital plane - tilted about 98 degrees.

Unlike the other planets, Uranus' axis of rotation is almost parallel to its orbital plain. All the other planets' axis of rotation are almost perpendicular to their orbital planes.

So most planets can be visualized as spinning like tops on a table, where the table is the plane of their orbits. Uranus would be visualized as rolling on its side as it moves around its orbit.
it spins sideways
It spins sideway.

Uranus is basically rolling along it's orbit, as it's axial inclination is 97.7 degrees, if the rotation is used to find the north pole.

The poles around which Uranus spins is tipped so far over that it is near the plane in which Uranus rotates round the Sun. Thus Uranus rotates on its side.

It's tilted over towards the Sun.

Where our "tilt" or obliquity is around 23.5o Uranus has a tilt of 98O.

Pluto has an obliquity of 120o

What planet has a retrograde rotation?

The planets that have a retrograde rotation are Venus and Uranus. The object Pluto, which was once considered a planet actually has the type of rotation as well. It is now considered a dwarf planet.

Which planet has its axis of rotation tilted completely on its side?

Well first of all, since the planets are almost perfect spheres, they have no 'sides'.You're probably thinking of Uranus, whose axis of rotation is tilted of 97.77°, andso is approximately parallel with the plane of the Solar System.

How Uranus' axis of rotation differs from those of other planets?

Uranus' axis of rotation is different in that it rotates at close to a 90 degree angle. This makes it rotate nearly parallel to the plane of the Solar System.
