First of all, it's just "HyperCam 2", and yes. It is perfectly safe and does not harm your computer. But I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a relatively good internet connection, and your computer goes reasonably fast, also don't have a million things that are connected to the internet running at once or it WILL lag your computer, maybe to the point where it crashes. u have to just go the upper righthand corner click upload if u have a webcam there should be something that say from your webcam click it something should pop up make your vid and publish
