Reconnaisance and Surveillance Leader's Course, formerly LRSLC. You can look it up on the Fort Benning Page for more information. It is a course for leaders in Special Operations, Ranger, Reconnaisance, and LRS units. If I remember correctly you used to have to have at least your short tab to attend, though I understand that that is no longer a requirement. I have not heard a bad thing about the course from people I know that have attended.
