The easiest way is to use Conditional Formatting. It can also be done with VBA. To change the appearance of a range of cells in the Microsoft Excel program based on their values you open a VBA editor. Once the VBA monitor is open, you insert a new module and paste in what you need from the previous sheet. One that is done alt F11 back to worksheet. Check compliance for your range.
