You didn't state the coin's country, but an öre is the 1/100 of the main currency unit of various Scandinavian countries. That would put its circulation value at maybe one U.S. cent if that much. For example, the Swedish krona is currently about 6 or 7 to the U.S. dollar - maybe 15¢ - so 5 öre would be 1/20 of that, or less than a penny.
