July 9, 2009 I will assume you are refering to the 1973 Uncirculated US Mint Set. There were 1,767,691 of the sets produced and it has a value of about $20.

I think that you are referring to the token packaged with uncirculated mint sets from the Denver mint. It has little or no value.

The 1986 US Uncirculated Mint Set sold for $7 when new and today is valued at $16.
This is a U.S. Mint token that was included in Uncirculated Mint sets sold by the Mint for a few years. It's NOT a coin and does not have any real value to a collector.
The coin can reach that value but it has to be in uncirculated condition.
