Viscosity refers to how thick or thin the oil is and its rating is the length of time it takes to flow out of a hole. An oil is rated for viscosity by heating it to a specific temperature and the allowing it to flow out of a specifically sized hole. If it flows quickly it gets a low rating. If it flows slowly it gets a high rating
In simple words viscocity is fluids internal resistance to flow or just resistance to flow,Obviously the oil has higher resistance to flow and hence high viscocity.Te viscocity is expressed in centi poise(cps) or pascal second.Approximately the viscocity of water is 1cps and oil 650 to900cps
The viscosity of WHICH glue. -Name your glue -
the colder most liquids get, the more viscous they get.
The more dense a substance is, the more viscous it is.
One of the official definitions for the word viscosity is "the property of resistance to flow in a fluid or semifluid."
The viscosity of oil is the rate that it flows, and its resistance to shear forces.

It's 5W30.
Viscosity refers to the way in which oil will flow under certain conditions. Cold oil will flow slowly, hot oil much faster. It is the extent to which the substance resists a tendency to flow
I CHANGE MY OWN OIL IN MY 1991 PREVIA. 5W30 IS WHAT I HAVE USED FOR YEARS. PREVIA JUST PASSED THE 334,000 KM MARK
all temps 5w30 Best Way is 10w40 Mobile 1 Full Synth Motor Oil.
Factory said to use 5W30 in the winter time. 10W30 in the summer time.
Factory recommended back then would have been 10w/30 or 40.
Depends on the engine and the temperature. Check the manual for oil specifications. Should have a chart with temp and viscocity. Should be 5w-30.
4.25 quarts of 10-30
