If the bent rim is mounted on the front you would feel the steering wheel and front end shimmy or shake depending on the severity of the bend and speed of the vehicle. If the bent rim is mounted on the rear you would feel the vehicle shaking but not in the steering wheel.
heat! heat! heat! causes a rotor to warp 95% of the time. Little to now rust buildup in the vent area of the rotor, need a good pasage for air movement. rusty and flaking rust are no good! New calipers, brake flush, new rotors, clean flat surface free of rust buildup on the spindle area. All very important.
It most likely means that your brakes are very hot, and that some sort of liquid has touched your brake pads or rotors. Be careful about warping in the rotor.
If you're changing the brake pads and there is too little rotor thikness to turn it, it should be replaced. If the rotor is warped and is too thin to be able to turn to remove the warping, replace it. If the brakes "pulsate" when you use moderate brake pressure, the rotor is warped.

Can I reuse a resurfaced brake rotor with a new rotor on a car
Definately!! The uneven displacement of mass caused by a warped rotor (also called rotor run out) can cause severe shaking at certain speeds. Ironically, this senario is usually created because the driver decided to slam on his/her brakes, which ended up warping the rotors in the first place.
The African Luhya word for the English word 'Warping' is "Ohwikotaa".
no
You have to remove caliper and rotor, punch out old lug and press in a new one.
Do you mean rotor? If so, remove the distributor cap and remove the old rotor and install the new one. Simple repair.
Answer This is actually a common thing that is done. You just have to watch that the drum and or rotors dont get so thin that they start warping when you apply the brakes. This is why that it is recommended that you replace them. It is just to ensure safety. Good luck.
Rotor not usually necessary, but new hub is generally part of bearing now.
