Sanskrit is a language, the ancient language of India, from which Hindi and many others are derived. It is no one's mother tongue and has not been for about 500 years, but words with Sanskrit roots are plentiful in English and in many other languages.
Sanskrit was created thousands of years ago; it is, in actuality, the world's oldest language. Also, it is still in use, although a small number of people use it. Nearly ten thousand years ago. Sanskrit was not created by Iranian or Aryans. That fictitious theory was fabricated by the Euro-centric British historians. Arayn is a sanskrit word meaning "civilised." They would call each other that for respect - It is what "mr" is to-day. The Modern research has voided all such theories concerning Aryan invasion. The Indus fell due to the drying of the Saraswati River. The people migrated. Also, It is the most precise language in the world. Forbes magazine said also that it is the best computer language. Its organisation is superb; for all the characters are organised by the place the come from in the mouth.
The Ganaka or Kaniyar of south Kerala region in India were honored with the title Asan (malayalam corrupt word of sanskrit "Acharya') because of their functional role as teachers. The Kaniyar or Ganaka people were generally scholars in sanskrit and astrology. The Kaniyar or Ganaka Asans ( Acharya ) were the basic teachers of malayali of ancient and medieval kerala. Eventually all of their descendants were known as Asan.
