What is wrong if a 2000 Saturn LS2 3.0 starts and drives normally but stalls when warm and will not restart until it cools and the codes are p0102 MAF sensor low input?

MAF went bad. Installed a new Saturn MAF (129.99) which solved the issue completely. No pending/current codes. No Stalls. Runs great.
