∙ 14y agoNot necessarily. It would depend upon the reason for why you are missing your periods. Sometimes an extreme change in diet, extreme change in exercise, extreme stress, or Birth Control pills can alter your menstrual cycle (as well as other things). If you continue to miss your period, you might want to make an appointment with your doctor to figure out why you are missing them.
