What is wrong with a 1997 Jeep Cherokee GL 4.0 AT 4X4 PW DL AC and will always start and run but after about 30 sec the inst cluster will go off motor runs but the PW door locks will not work?

wiring to the instrument cluster is faulty. Doors will not lock when gauge cluster is disconnected because they share the circuit. Take out gauges and clean/dialectric grease connections...problem should go away

On a 1999 jeep Cherokee on the fuse panel I cant tell which is for the electric windows and locks. The controls on the drivers side door don't work. Im thinking it is one of the clusters 22 or 17.?
I have a 99 jeep sport cherokee, my book says it is 15 fuse size 25 for door locks. My door lock has just been giving me problems, sometime it works, not sure if the motor is going out on the lock. Good luck
