"Scalloping" is usually caused by bad struts. But, could also be from inproper alignment, lack of tire rotations (matinence, not motion), or even poor quality tires. I've known many people with Toyo tires that have this problem.
Tires out of balance, bent wheel, tire defect, or suspension or steering parts worn.
Probably you need to align the tires.
The alignment on your front-end tires may be off, it would be a good bet to take your car to a mechanic.
Wear in the front end components, and or, (excessive stress) caused by the wrong size tires, or different sized tires, and or, front end damage from an accident of some type.
Either your tires on that side are flat, or there's something wrong with the suspension. Springs break sometimes, and would be a fairly inexpensive fix.
Your front tires are defective. Its time to replaced them.
The alignment is miss-set or the front suspension and steering is damaged, OR the steering coloum is broken or damaged
Bad tires, out of balance , wrong wheels , bad tie rod end.
Worn suspension or steering parts or loose wheel bearing. Have this looked at by a professional. It will need to be inspected on a rack, to see what is wrong. Do not ignore this as it could be a dangerous situation. Worn suspension or steering parts. Have all components inspected and replace as necessary.
Tires out of balance, out of round, or worn out ,front end out of align may have caused this
Have your wheelalignment checked. Usually this is done before mounting new tires. since the wear pattern can tell what is wrong with the wheelalignment already.
You may have a wheel balance problem or something wrong with the suspension or steering gear. Take to a shop for check NOW, this is serious.
