The easiest way to work out whats wrong is for me to tell you what you should be doing and then you can see what you are doing wrong. There are a few basic rules that must be kept if you wish to keep fish healthy. The basic rules are. :- 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water (a Betta needs at least 3 gallons). Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. Every tank need to have at least 50% of its water changed every week. Different species of fish need different temperatures (Bettas need around 78F) and different pH and specialised foods if required (Bettas are insectivores).

sounds like you have an eating disorder of some kind. If you are not bringing your food back up then you can most likely eliminate bulimia, but it sounds like a form of anorexia to me.
