This is an almost impossible question to answer as there are so many parts of The Bible that are so, so memorable and 'favorites' in their own right.
However, for most Christians, I guess the one that stands out is John 3:16. This is called the 'Gospel in a nutshell' as, in just a few words, summarises just why Jesus came here and what he did. It goes like this:
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life".
My favorite is probably Romans 8:28 - "For we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." As long as we love God (which includes obedience - I Jn 5:3), no matter what we go through in this life, we know that it will all work out for the better in the end, and so whatever we would normally worry about, we can commit to God and focus on what really matters - serving Him.

You can check The Bible book name, its chapter, and verse number if we have the verse. It is easier to look it up if you have either the verse topic or the verse itself.
