Why you can step out of the shower into a warm bath - room and begin to shiver?

Well when you are in a shower, you gotta think, you are having a constant body temperature of the water! But when you get out of the shower into a warm bathroom, you begin to shiver because even though the bathroom is warm, its a lower temperature than what your shower water was just at, which causes your temperature to somwhat drop...make sense? Water is evaporating from the body. Heat is converted into the energy needed for the process of evaporation.

Why shivering increases body temperature?

When you shiver, your body is trying to warm up because your body knows that something is cold and it is touching your skin so the pours on your skin close up and the hairs on your body stand up so it can capture heat and once your hairs go down it traps the heat making sure that your body is warm. So yes, shivering does increase your body temperature.

Why suddenly you shiver and have loose motion?

I get that a lot and my dad always told me it's a spirit passing by.

Why can you step out of the shower into a warm bathroom and begin to shiver?

well because if you shower with hot or warm water then ofcorse you get out and your bathroom was not cold.It just feels like it's winter when you get out.You put on the hot water and when you get out you shiver since the bathroom is not as hot as the hot water that you put on.thats why.

Can heat delay a period?

Yes, especially if you're on a diet- doing a lot of exercise that your body isn't used to. The heat can tire out your body more.
