There is no one word for this, but there are several ways of asking for a person's name. The most direct, and perhaps easiest, way of saying this would be こんにちは、お名前は何ですか (konnichiha, o-namae ha nan desu ka) and is a direct translation to "Hello, what is your name?".
あなたの名前はなんですか? ~ anata no namae wa nan desu ka?
Improvement:
The sentence above is literal translation, however in direct speech in Japanese pronouns are hardly used, 'Onamae wa (nan desuka)' is common polite way of saying that.
