Effective leadership is not merely subjective opinion or preference. It is generally understood as the ability to inspire and influence others towards a common goal, displaying qualities such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, decisiveness, and integrity. While there may be variations in leadership styles, certain fundamental characteristics are widely recognized as contributing to effective leadership.

The strengths of team management leadership style are that everyone in the team is able to give an opinion which makes it easy to execute tasks. On the flip side, the limitations are that decision making can take too much as a result of having everyone give an opinion.

I would say in the long haul or in the big picture that democratic would be the most effective. Just my humble opinion.
In a dictatorial leadership, the disadvantage of it is that, one cannot express ones own opinion or feelings towards the decision the dictatorial leader serves. Unlike in a democratic leadership wherein the members also participate in the decision making and through this, that person can express his own opinion towards it (I mean who knows maybe the dictatorial leader forgot something, and with this he/she can think about the pros and cons in ones final decision)

Rush Limbaugh is best known for his influential opinion leadership in the conservative movement in the US, and he also host a show called; "The Rush Limbaugh Show".
The democratic leader is a leadership style wherein the leader includes one or more employees or associates in the decision making process. Decisions may be the result of a coalescence of opinion directed by the democratic leader, a consensus of opinion wherein participants agree on a course of action or finally a vote where the majority of interested parties direct the verdict. Leaders with democratic qualities are found in many modern situations, some, such as legislatures, depend on voting routinely, others such as business situations where voting is typically not appropriate.
