If you deliberately post wrong answers or blank good answers, then that is considered vandalism and dealt with according to the Community Guidelines and Terms of Useof this site. Such changes will be fixed or reverted, and the contributor could face warnings, with multiple infractions leading up to a block from participating.
When taking tests or submitting answers for class assignments students will not be able to improve their answers because the answers will only be able to be submitted once. After the answers are submitted they are not allowed to be changed.

Probably because of the 'openness' of WikiAnswers. Many other forums don't allow questions or answers to be edited once they've been submitted, which means many answers (and questions) may just be completely wrong.
