Well, I am a fan of any kind of chocolate pie but my all time favorite is s'more pie.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 boxes chocolate pudding (and ingredients to make the pudding)
1 1/2- 2 cups mini marshmallows
1 graham cracker crust
home made or canned whipped cream
broken graham crackers, mini marshmallows and Chocolate Chips for topping
Directions:
1. Make the chocolate pudding and let cool for 15 minutes
2. Mix the mini marshmallows into the chocolate pudding
3. Pour pudding/marshmallow mixture into graham cracker crust until it is 3/4 of the way full
4. Fill the crust the rest of the way up by covering the pie with whipped cream
5. Nicely place broken graham cracker pieces, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top
I love crustless coconut pie.
1 stick unsalted butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups milk
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Butter two 9" pie plates
- In medium sauce pan, melt butter and wisk in sugar
- Add eggs and beat until smooth
- Stir in all other ingredients
- divide evenly between the two pie plates and bake one hour, or until firm to the touch and golden brown on top.
- Serve cool, refrigerate uneaten portions.
