It depends on her health and type of weight she lifts e.g. If a female is weak by physical condition (already suffering from some disease, health illness, underweight etc) she must avoid lifting even a small house hold water tub as it can affect the fetus. Secondly, the style of lifting the weight is also important e.g. bending to toes and atonce lifting the weight can cause backache or damage back bone.
