The first issue of Action Comics appeared in 1938. this is a prized issue of comics because it is the first comic where superman makes an entrance.
In an issue of the DC comic book, we get a scene where they kiss (Finally!), but it never happened in the animated TV show. Well not in just 1 issue i think theres like 2 that they kiss in i forrget which ones To be specific, it was in Teen Titans (V3), issue #30, called "Lost and Found; part 1 of 2"
