Students are given the ability to take part in three different types of employment programs. The Federal Work-Study Program, ASU Hourly Employment Program and the Off-Campus Employment Program.
Students can work in three types of employment programs offered by the ASU Student Employment Office. The job search will tell you which type of program(s) the employer is participating in.
It is not likely. However, you could start at a community college, do well, and then apply to ASU at a later date.
ASU Cumulative
Arizona State University is a place where a student can get an excellent undergraduate education if they want one, or slide through with "C"s for four (maybe five) years and just earn a degree. Like most schools a student's experience at ASU is defined by how much effort they put into their education. The advantage that ASU offers is its size and resources. Because ASU is the largest university in the country and has a massive amount of research going on it offers student resources and oppurtunities that are simply not present at smaller, less research driven schools. Any student can come and earn a degree in communication or English at ASU and never do any research or get involved in other ways, but if a student wants to they can seriously enrich their education by getting more involved in their field of study. ASU is much like any other large school for someone that just wants to get a degree or party, but serious students who value oppurtunities for research, internships or other involvement should consider ASU.

It's OK. But their football team is kind of like the Cardinals.

You have to be very dum.
Since you have such a specific position you are looking for, you should go directly to the department to see if there are any jobs available. It may be difficult to get a good history professor job though.
Student athletes do not get paid. Any payment is against AACU rules and can result in a suspension of the program in competitive play.
The ASU mascot is Spark the Sun Devil.
