I assume you must have a diesel if you want to know where the vacumme pump is. In that case it is in front of your power sterring pump. Your power sterring pump bolts to it.

Begin by removing the power steering pump belt from your 1991 Cadillac power steering pump pulley. Remove the power steering pump pulley retaining bolt. The retaining bolt will be in the center of the pulley.
On the top of the pump which is located on the driver's side of the engine. It requires automatic transmission fluid.
If you are talking about air bubbles in your power steering fluid?. The supply line to your power steering pump has a bad o-ring. This will cause you hard steering while engine is at idle.
good luck with this it took me like 5 hours to figure it out the sensor is right next to the water pump on the right side underneith the power sterring pump u have to take the serpentine belt off and get a pulley puller for the power sterring pulley when u get that off u take the bracket off and u can get to the sensor a lot easier there will be wire hooked up to it so u should see it if u don't take the power sterring oulley off u will be struggling for hours like me but good luck
Power steering pumps are self bleeding, fill the reservoir, start the engine and turn the sterring wheel from stop to stop. Add fluid to correct level.
Take of the cap on the power steering pump (located on the front lower drivers side of the motor), and the power steering fluid dip stick is attached to the bottom side of the cap.
most ford fuel pumps on 302 to 460 are located on the drivers side front of the engine below the power sterring pump just follow the fuel line coming out of the carb back to it
If you cannot see a power steering belt or pump under the bonnet, chances are the power sterring is ran by an electric pump. Check your fuse box diagram to see if it is listed.It will be a fairly large fuse, and if its blown PAS wont work. Hope this helps.

you have to loose two bolts on the power sterring pump 1) is on the front just under the belt that will allow you to losen #2. 2)this bolt is on the right side of the pump close the bottom you will have to losen it quite a bit then push and tilt the pump it should slide over.
