Rule of thumb:
Try not to have more than 2 accessories, and what i mean by that is. If your wearing a bold necklace try not to wear earring. instead a ring or bracelet would look good. If you wear a ring put bracelets on your other hand. Eg. Rings on the left Bracelets on the right.
There is a few places you can buy a strapless dress that is not to bling but not to girly. I would try looking at the Justice store and see what they have.
You can wear both together.
Yes, it is weird and it would look tacky to do so. Go to a department store and buy a bra to wear with a strapless dress. Look in any fashion magazine and you will see that it just isn't done to have a bra with straps showing in strapless dress.
The best bra for a halter or strapless dress would be a convertible bra or a strapless bra. Try the Vanity Fair convertible bra which allows you to choose how you want to wear your straps!
red slippers
I would say either silver to match the beads, or maroon to match the dress. it's up to you.
That depends on the shade of red. Turquoise is often paired with red coral, so if the dress has a warm tone, like tomato soup, turquoise would look great! If it's a "true" red, in the cool family of colors, turquoise might not flatter it. However, if you are someone who wears turquoise every day, then go for it!
It depends on what you are wearing with an Indigo dress. If it is shoes, then I would maybe try white or turquoise.
Yes almost any colour would go with a black dress but I do think a bolder colour would be better than tan. Tan shoes work well with black dresses but you should add some bold accessories in turquoise, gold or orange to make your look a bit more interesting.
WAL-MART!
I say yes.The pink would stand out and it will go great.
Some accessories that would go well with a prom dress include statement earrings, a clutch or small handbag, a bracelet or cuff, and a pair of elegant heels or sandals. Additionally, a belt or waistband can accentuate the waistline and add an extra touch of style to the overall look.
