Pizza dough...and i am not kidding. Alot of places have their own special recipies for pizza dough. A basic bread dough can be used in its place.

Because the bakers bake it in a pan of a different shape! It is done this way presumably to make it easy to see which loaf is which kind of bread dough. Cathy Williams
Leavened bread has "leavening" added to the dough. Leavening can be yeast, baking soda or baking powder, or natural yeasts absorbed from the air which create sour dough. Unleavened bread does not have leavening of any kind.
Irreversible means unable to be undone or reversed. If something has done "irreversible damage", it means that the damage will not heal.
Any type of bread can make bread cubes. All you have to do is toast the bread or let it become a little stale then cut it up into cubes.
