The chemicals are oil. Here are the types of oil in trans fat: vegetable oil, cooking oil, and fuel. Well, fuel is oil. There are other types of oils in trans fat. Don't eat to much food with trans fat in it. It's not healthy for your body. The key is to stay healthy, eat fruits and vegetables, and excercise. Keep you body balanced!
trans fat is not good for your body it can be bad for you and it is hard to lose trans fat off of your body so try to stay away with stuff that has (Trans Fat in it) bad for you take my advice.
Yes
As far as I know, trans fat is just as bad for you as saturated fat. Why we pick on trans fat is because of the trans part. That means WE have hydrogenated the fat (transferred it) to make it stay solid at room temperature. (Yumy!) So basically a trans fat is a fat that was once a little healthier, and we adjusted it to make it a hideous, artery-blocking obesity inducer.
if you have to much body fat you will die.
YES!!!
There are four types of fat- terrible fat, bad fat, good fat, and best fat. Trans fat= terrible Saturated fat= bad Monounsaturated= good Polyunsaturated= best
Well, I would guess they are trans fat and saturated fat.
No, its actually bad for you. Its loaded with trans fat.
Not all is, but things with Trans fat are.
yes in total it is 90 trans fat
Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are the "good" fats, whereas saturated fat is a bad fat, and trans fat is the worst fat
Absolutely not; they are very bad for your health. You could make the analogy that trans-fat to the body is like running a care on dirty old engine oil.
