Alveoli are covered with capillaries. The deoxygenated blood that has come into the lung through the arteries flows through these capillaries, getting rid of carbon dioxide and accepting oxygen from the air that has been brought into the alveoli by the bronchioles. The carbon dioxide travels back out of the alveoli, through the bronchioles, into the bronchial tube system, and out the trachea each time you exhale.

Mostly white blood cells.
Red Blood cells (RBCs).
White blood cells
There are two types of "blood cells." The red blood cells are generally very red unless the person has an abnormality. White blood cells and platelets are kind of an off-white. Blood plasma, the liquid the cells are housed in, is kind of a pale yellow
White blood cells
Red blood cells (erythrocytes)
The two primary cells in blood are the red blood cells (erythrocytes) and the white blood cells (Leukocytes). Platelets (Thrombocytes) are a third kind of blood cell.
Blood is made up of blood cells. It's kind of self explanatory.
