no
Yes, a fusion bomb (hydrogen bomb) would destroy New York City.
Theoretically, yes. Practically, no, nobody has ever built a single bomb of high enough yield to destroy an entire country in one shot; also any such bomb would waste most of its yield in simply blowing off the top of the atmosphere into space. It just isn't practical with a single bomb.
One, no it couldn't destroy the whole US, this country is huge. And terrorists wouldn't drop it, they would probably put it in a van and detonate like a car bomb.
Actually there are several types of atomic bomb, which include your basic fission bomb, the more powerful hydrogen bomb, the enhanced radiation or neutron bomb, the high-fallout cobalt bomb for maximum toxicity, and the pocket-nuke, to smuggle in your luggage in order to clandestinely destroy some enemy city.
Hiroshima, the second one was Nagasaki
A bomb may be rendered inoperable by several means. One is to remove or destroy the fuze mechanism, the other is to remove or destroy the explosives. That may be done chemically, mechanically, or by freezing.
An Atomic bomb destoys EVERYTHING in it's path (I once had one threat from an a-bomb at school once).Even if you are at least 500 feet away, you WILL be vaporized.
US
No one single type of bomb. Mixture of anti-personel bombs such as CBUs, and guided bombs to destroy tanks or bunkers.
One meaning is straightforward, it is a picture of some kind of bomb. See link below for bomb tattoo designs.
To destroy large areas of land. Is one answer. The other is to blackmail other countries into submitting to you.
