There is no specific size on what a 14 year old girl SHOULD have. Everyone is built differently and matures differently. You can always measure yourself or have someone measure for you. (Like an assistant in Victorias Secret)
It depends if or how much you breasts have developed. A training bra is ideal for when they have just started growing. If they have been around for a little while then make sure you get yourself sized (very important!) and then always go for a cotton bra.(These are the most comfortable, don't show when you're cold as much (lol) and are perfect under school shirts). Underwired Bras may be more appealing sometimes but they are bad for you when you have just started (or are still) growing. You should only wear underwired bras if you're over a D cup, as they are more supportive for larger breasts, or so I'm told. In any case, underwired should be avoided while your breasts are still growing. They have specialist bras for younger girls that start from 28 or 30 onwards (although not to very large, maybe 36?) and cover cup sizes AA to B/C. If you find a 30 band size bra is loose you would be a 28, which oddly enough are rare in some younger styles, but they are around. Ho[pe you do well in finding your perfect bra. :3 Mogeta.
About an A or B cup size and 30-34 around the bust is average. But at this age everybody is in different stages of puberty so a little smaller or bigger is OK.
