Well, probably not the sticky kind. The best kind of gum to chew when you have braces on is Trident sugar free. Fruity Juice is probably the stickiest kind though. I am saying this through experience.

- corn chips 2.fruitsnacks 3.raisins anything thats hard and chewy.
