Apocrine sweat glands are mostly found to the axillary and anogenital areas. They are merocrine glands, which release product by exocytosis like eccrine sweat glands. Oil (sebaceous) glands are found all over the body except in the thick skin of the palms and soles. They're simple branched alveolar glands.
