I did some research on it and found that Harvest Morn Malted Wheaties and Shredded wheat should be okay.
My book on Gerbils says that you can only give cereals that are plain, have low sugar and no corn, so you can find more edible cereals by just looking on the side of any packet of relatively plain cereal. Just check it has no corn in it and that it doesn't have too much salt.
