Baklava: one of the most common and well known of the Middle-Eastern pastries. Layers of filo dough embedded and rolled with nuts such as pistachios and almonds made sticky with honey and syrup.

Apple strudel is one that is eaten.

You should only eat desserts that are very low in calories. Desserts such as chocolate covered fruits are a great choice for this, because they have good qualities as well as tasting great!
