A Pancoast Tumor is a kind of lung cancer that is situated in the upper part of the chest. Thus, it causes not only shortness of breath, cough and weight loss, but also neurological symptoms like paresthesia and pain in the arm and hand of the affected side, and others. The doctor you have to see is a lung specialist (pulmonologist or pneumologist) and/or a cancer specialist (oncologist). Other doctors who deal with the P. Tumor are neurologists and thoracic surgeons.

In the case of cancerous growths, the doctor is usually able to see the tumor through the pupil or directly on the iris if the cancer is intraocular melanoma of the iris. Because the doctor can usually readily see the tumor a biopsy is rarely needed.

Go see a doctor. It maybe time for a yearly mammogram just to make sure it is not a tumor of any kind. It could just be irritated skin or even a mole. I would see a doctor to have it tested to make sure it is not something more serious such as cancer.
The bump on ones side is not always a fatty tumor. One should see a doctor as soon as possible to find the cause and severity of the pain and to treat it quickly.
You should see a dermatologist
You should go and see your doctor. Often, you will just find tumors or someone close to you will find them on you. You might be showering and feel something that you don't think should be there. In that case, you should see a doctor.

Symptoms of an ovarian tumor are not symptoms of just a tumor. In fact, symptoms may seem the same as other diseases. Low back pain, lack of energy, changes in bowel movements are some symptoms. Symptoms of a tumor will worsen over time. Please see a doctor with any questions.
