You should see an ophthalmologist, rather than a plastic surgeon. Eyelids can develop secondary problems after surgery - very rarely - and ideally you should see an ophthalmologist with an interest in "oculoplastics" although if the lump is small it most likely wont require any specialist input and most ophthalmologists would be happy to deal with small lumps.
