Ice caps on Greenland and Antarctica are melting at an "Alarming rate", if the ice melts it means more water, more water causes sea levels to rise, rising sea levels means flooding of low-lying coastal areas.

Temperature > Melts the ice caps > More water > Water levels rise > Floods.
