'Ellipse' ??? I think you mean 'Eclipse'.
First of all The Moon orbits the Earth in an 'Ellipsoidal fashion'. That is it is an ellipse that doesn't quite close up. Similarly, as a binary system the Earth and Moon orbit the Sun in a similar ellipsoidal fashion.
When the 'Moon is between the Earth and the Moon'. is a nonsense. I think you mean ,When the Moon is between the Earth and the Sun.'
In this case it is a Solar Eclipse, because the Sun(Solar) is being obscured. These do NOT occur at every New Moon, because the Moon's orbital plane abount the Earth is angled at 5 degrees to the Earth's orbital plane about the Sun. It is only when these two planes cross(intersect) at New Moon, that you have a Solar Eclipose. Similarly , for Lunar Eclipose.
NB ;Ellipse' is a flattened planar circle.
Eclipse is that something is being hidden.
A solar eclipse happens when the Moon gets directly between the Sun and the Earth.
An ellipse, like any planet. In the case of Earth (and the other planets in the Solar System), the ellipse is quite close to a circle (in math/astronomy terms, the ellipse has a low eccentricity).
It is called Mixed tide.
A low Earth orbit is an orbit still in the outermost part of Earth's atmosphere. This kind of orbit occurs a few hundred kilometers into the atmosphere.
The new moon occurs when the moon is roughly between Earth and the sun such that none of the side facing Earth is illuminated. A solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes directly between Earth and the sun, thus casting a shadow
Rain most often occurs with low pressure.

This Is A Solar Eclipse, Where The Moon Is Between The Sun & The Earth, Blocking The Sunlight From The Earth With The Moon.

This is known as a Solar eclipse, as opposed to a Lunar Eclipse.
Weather that occurs on Jupiter is basically the same as the weather on Earth
Every kind of weather happens on earth, from droughts and heat waves to blizzards and cyclones.

A lunar eclipse.
A Solar Eclipse.
snow
That's a solar eclipse.
