I'm not sure what kind of reproductions you are talking about, but the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh has dinosaur bones that are life size. I'm sure Philadelphia has a similar museum lay out. I know Harrisburg has a museum of Pennsylvania history, but I do not know if there are any life size reproductions there.
