If you are refering to the Kissing gourami (Helostoma temmincki) they are peacefull fish that grow quite large so I would be keeping them with some of the larger Barbus and Danio species. I would also consider some of the mid size Cichlids, Plecostomus and Botias.
There are guppies and mollies.

Kissing fish or kissing gourami, typically eat benthic algae and aquatic plants, they will also eat insects taken from water's surface. Kissing fish also filter plankton from the water and scrape the algae from stones. Cooked lettuce is a good alternative for kissing fish kept in an aquarium and any kind of live food.
A male guppy can be in the same tank with its own kind and/or with almost all peaceful fish smaller than 5 inchs.
There are not many fish that are compatible with Angelfish. Only Angelfish are truly compatible with Angelfish.
Fish it out in cutopia.
Because they have to find food and find materials they need to survive with but u can't do all that if u are kissing another fish, can u?
By saying kissing fish do you mean Kissing Gourami? If the answer is yes, these fish are omnivore and in our home tank it will accept commercial food such as flakes, pellets and frozen food but if they will get their chance they will be happy to hunt and eat fry.
When fish lock jaws they are not kissing they are fighting.
In that fish, kissing is a form of battle. They are not "kissing", they are fighting. And yes, they fight well.
