There is almost totally NO gas in space, so when you try to breathe, there is nothing there to flow into your lungs.

Another contributor took issue with the first response, and
in doing so, threw the whole question open again, saying:
Actually that is not compleatly known so there could be some kind of gas in space!
That cant be answered because space is almost infinite and we have no knowledge on how many gas giants there are (but there must be over a million millions) let alone how big every single one is. So simply put there is no answer to your question.
The oxygen supply is leaking out of the ship.
it takes 1 half of a quart of gas for a 10 ton space ship to reach outer space
F.O.R.B.: fuel, oxygen, radio, batteries PLUS: -vizier's -thermal suits -gas masks, -and other necessary space travel materials. hope this helps!
nothing
What kind of vehicle are you looking at?
You cant, the reason is because there is no gas or electricity in space or on any planets apart from ours.
You cant land on a gas giant But probes have gone "inside" gas giants
Sound is a wave in a fluid (gas or liquid). There is no atmosphere in space, so there is no sound.
some kind of gas or something that we cant say
Ozone absorbs UV, but is toxic to breath!
gravity keeps the giants planet's gasas from escaping
The atmosphere is held in place by gravity. Other things being equal, the more massive the planet, the harder it is for a gas molecule to escape into space.
im kind of busy right now. sorry, i cant help. i got things to do
This gas is oxygen from air.
Trick question, what kind of gas? Petroleum is not used in space travel as a propellent
yes oxygen is the gas that helps us breath without it we would die
