Hi I have a 1994 dodge ram 2500 v10 auto. I get aroung 16 mpg combined city and highway. It isn't as bad as it may seem. It is an awesome truck and I can tow anything.
I have a 2003 and average 11.5-13.5 once on a long trip I got 18. that was a fluke

I get 9 MPG empty or towing a car trailer and car around town. If I use cruise control and keep the RPM gauge below 2500 during acceloration I have gotten 14 MPG on the highway . A 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup needs a CI4+ oil, since all the 2003 to 2007 models come with EGR.
