Epoxy is best for that.
Any kind of epoxy is best for this
Pritt stick or white glue
Any kind of white glue or yellow glue
The glue establishes a bond with each surface then hardens as it dries out. Each kind of surface may need a different glue.

using tape. seriosly what kind of question is that.
Horse feet.ANS 2 - Elmer's Glue and most 'white' glues are made of polyvinyl acetate.
There is almost no way to do this without destroying the plastic. As you didn't say WHAT KIND of plastic, it's hard to be more help.
It depends on what kind of plastic it is,some yes some no
Epoxy will make a better bond than anything.
I would try a silicone based adhesive for this. 'Goop' - Gloozit Shoe Glue or even 100% silicone.
Many of the modern glues will glue plastics to wood. ( Don't try with school glue or white glue, they will appear to stick, but will come off the plastic quite easily when fully cured. ) The kind of glues that WILL do this well are any epoxy or a silicone based glue like 'Goop' or 'Seal All'. They will stick well to plastics and quite well to wood and will harden in about an hour.
