There should be one torx screw on the bottom side of the mirror bracket, remove it and slide the mirror up, if the whole mirror has fallen off go to a parts store and they will have a kit to glue the windshield mount back on, then slide the mirror back on.

get a mirror kit from auto parts storeor you can simply get adhesive especially for auto windows...you have to remove the mounting plate from the mirror stem and glue that back to the window. Once that has dried, you can put the mirror back on the mounting plate.
