TIF, layered TIF, and RAW TIF's because they contain only compression that does not degrade the image and because they contain a lot more info than just the image info such as printing parameters and multiple layers. RAW because it is as it sounds, the raw uncompressed image. They allow all color and other corrections to be done in a professional image editor rather than in the camera where the corrections are rarely as good as can be done manually.
