100-200 USD$100 to $200 (US) is not a serious answer in my opinion. The Bersa Thunder in .380 is a remarkable and economical pistol that has many users of which I am one. The Thunder in .40 and .45's are reportedly having troubles with jamming but many users feel when the "new" wears off they are just as reliable. However, I am wanting to upgrade to .40 and am keeping up on users comments. At $350 to $400, I am going to buy one and see for myself. I am retired police and a gun dealer. If you're interested I'll share my opinions with you in the future.
Blue Book of Gun Values
Their unlocked breech pistols (up to .380 calibre) are, in my opinion, the best value for the money. They're well made, and affordable. I have no knowledge of their locked breech pistols (9x19, .40, .45) though.

You can buy a new one at Academy for $279, and used guns are running close to new prices if they're in good condition. It's kind of an obscure Argentinian brand, so probably $225. I personally think they're priceless-I've had one for a year and it's 100% reliable, and has a trigger that makes anyone a marksman, and felt recoil is very similar to my son's Nerf gun. You might consider giving it to a family member that really needs a good personal protection gun instead of giving it away for $200.
.380 refers to the diameter of the bullet fired- and to the type of cartridge used by the gun.
