if its a coupe not much ....some knuckles and lifters from auto zone will do the job something like 25 bux jack the front up get about 4 knuckles in each spring they twist on with a ratchet and extension or tire iron ..........the rear springs you d use lifters on those they use nuts and bolts on a plat form that jams itself between you coils and as you turn the nuts they stretchas a result you car goes higher they are kind of tricky but if you can follow directions your good and presto!!! your clear for deuces on the cutty....i have a cutty on deuces and they work fine
any kind of smaller car tires should work for Illinois other state regulations may varry
